Full-Time Psychiatrist – Fidelity ACT Team (Pennsylvania)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to serve as the clinical lead for a Fidelity ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team. This role offers a dynamic mix of field-based and office-based care, working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

Full-time
On-site
Combination of field and office work (approximately 50/50 split)
Appointment times vary based on patient needs and acuity

Practice Setting:

Each patient is seen at least once per month
Total caseload: 110 patients
Office-based and community-based care

Leadership Role:

Serve as the clinical lead for the ACT team
Provide guidance and oversight to multidisciplinary staff

Clinical Responsibilities:

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Oversight/administration of long-acting injectable medications (e.g., Sublocade, Vivitrol, Aristada)

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania medical license (required)
PROMISe ID (required)

Assignment Details:

Start date: April 20th or sooner
Duration: Approximately 3 months, with option to extend
