Psychiatrist – Hybrid Schedule | No Call, No Holidays, No Weekends
Location: Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | Hybrid (On-site 2 weeks/month)
We’re looking for a compassionate and collaborative Psychiatrist to join our team! Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a mostly outpatient caseload and no nights, weekends, or holidays.
What You’ll Do:
-Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans
-Collaborate with NPs and clinical team
-See 3–5 patients/day on 1–2 clinic days/week
-Focus the rest of your time on admin work, reports, and team meetings
Who You'll See:
-Primarily adults (18+), with occasional patients 14+
-Mix of dual diagnosis, psychiatric disorders, and IDD cases
