Aya Locums is seeking a Psychiatry/Behavioral Health Physician to provide ongoing coverage at a well-established healthcare facility in scenic Washington. This assignment offers a balanced weekday schedule with optional call, the opportunity to care for an adult patient population, and the chance to practice independently in both the clinic and hospital setting while making a meaningful impact on your community.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: November 2026
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Coverage + Optional Call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts
• Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Weekend Coverage: May be required based on scheduling needs

Work Details
• Specialty: Psychiatry / Behavioral Health
• Patient Population: Adults
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Hospital Size: 126 beds
• Responsibilities: Clinic visits, inpatient rounding, admissions, and discharges
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
• Clinic and Hospital Privileges Required
• Inpatient & Outpatient Care
• Independent Practice Environment

Requirements
• Washington Medical License: Required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Clinical Activity: Documentation of at least 100 patient encounters within the past 24 months, representative of requested privileges. Case list must include diagnosis/procedure, date of service, and facility.
• Credentialing: Standard hospital credentialing process
