We are a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare company launching a brand-new TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) clinic in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Our vision is bold: to build a nationwide network of TMS clinics and become a market leader in providing cutting-edge mental health solutions.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as our Medical Director, playing a pivotal role in our founding team. The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, conduct initial patient evaluations, perform TMS mapping sessions, and ensure the highest standards of care. This position offers a unique opportunity for a psychiatrist who wants to be more than just a clinician – someone who wants to shape and scale a brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for all new patients.
• Perform TMS motor threshold mapping and oversee treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of TMS technicians.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical policies, best practices, and quality assurance.
• Participate in strategic growth discussions as the company expands to additional locations.

Requirements:
• Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) licensed in New York (or eligible for NY licensure).
• Experience with TMS preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
• Strong interest in mental health innovation and entrepreneurial ventures.
