Facility: A faith-based, not for profit mental health agency located in Chicago’s North Lawndale community, providing clinical and psycho educational services to families from varying Chicago neighborhoods for over 20 years. Opportunity: LCSW Supervisor for Mobile Crisis Program * Full time, employed position * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hr work week plus on call admin responsibilities (including once a weekend once the program is operational 24/7) * Will service Cook County and Lawndale area Key Duties and Responsibilities *Supervise therapists and clinical case managers *Supervise the Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Services Rendered *Asist in the supervision of the mobile crisis response teams *Ensure adequate shift coverage and serve as direct-care support for any staff shortages *Oversee the HIPAA compliant web-based mental health system used to store and track client info *Coordinate and Organize staff trainings. Requirements *3 years post-masters experience in social services or healthcare *2 years of supervisory experience *Previous leadership experience *3 or more years of experience working with populations exposed to trauma, establishing relationships with community support services. *Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness, post-traumatic stress disorder, drug and alcohol abuse, disabilities, and other mental health issues *Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed *Crisis experience is a plus *Master's Degree in Social work *LCSW License (Clinical Licensure in the State of Illinois) Compensation: Annual salary of $70,0000-$80,000 with comprehensive benefits available.
