🧠 What You’ll Do
Facilitate group therapy and provide individual support
Conduct assessments and contribute to treatment planning
Support clients with mental health and crisis needs
Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members
Document progress and participate in case reviews
✅ What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active MA license (LMHC or LICSW)
Experience with adult mental health and group facilitation preferred
PHP/IOP or higher-acuity experience is a plus
