New Rad Oncology locum in Duluth, MN-Feb start and Ongoing-$300 Hr-Open to ANY state license-In/Outpatient (during clinic hours)-Temp privileges

10-12 clinic, oversee 25 treatments/day
2 exam rooms
Open to ANY state license-We buy if you get accepted
EMR-
Inpatient and Outpatient coverage
90 day credentialing wait-possible temp privileges with clean file
Level 2 trauma 

Looking for a Locum to do clinic and call one week per month.  No call outside of clinic hours - no nighttime/evening or weekend call.  

Clinic is 7:30AM to 5PM based on patient volume, call is from 7:30AM to 5:30PM.  Would like bids to be a flat rate for clinic/call bundled.  In clinic, will see an average of 5-10 clinic ppd.  

Overseeing an average of 25 patients on treatment per day including IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT and SRS on our Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator.  In-clinic Siemens Healthineers CT-Sim with resp gating. Treatment planning software is Varian Aria/Eclipse.  Weekly onsite physics coverage and virtual doximetry.  Rarely rounding on rad-onc inpatients.
