Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time Mammo/X-Ray/Dexa Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Eatontown, NJ. This role requires a versatile technologist proficient in three modalities—mammography, X-ray, and DEXA—to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. Candidates certified in mammography are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Licensure: ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required
Certification: Candidates must be certified in mammography in order to be eligible for a $10K sign-on bonus
Experience: At least 1 year of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
Technical Skills: May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; attention to detail; excellent patient communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; bilingual proficiency preferred; ability to adhere to all safety protocols when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care
Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities according to established protocols
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with diverse patients
