Aya Locums is seeking a Radiology Physician Assistant for a locum assignment at a facility in Southern Maryland.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: May 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift Details: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call Requirements: None

Work Details
• Responsibilities: Assist radiologists with imaging procedures and interpretation; support interventional radiology procedures; monitor patient safety and comfort; prepare patients and explain procedures; review medical histories; document and maintain accurate records; provide preliminary imaging analysis; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; educate patients and families
• Patient Care: Monitor for complications during imaging studies and ensure safe procedural workflows

Requirements
• Board Certification: NCCPA certification required
• License: Active state license required
• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Experience: Previous radiology or related experience preferred; strong understanding of imaging procedures and equipment required
