Job description

We are actively seeking Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologists for remote evening and weekend coverage due to sustained high volume. This is an ongoing opportunity with flexible scheduling and consistent work, ideal for radiologists looking to add shifts without overnight hours.

This role is especially well-suited for radiologists based in PST or Hawaii time zones, with a preference for candidates in California (LA / Orange County).

🕒 Evening Shift Coverage (Remote)

Start times between 4pm–10pm

Shifts end at 12am or 1am

Example shifts:

4pm–1am

7pm–12am

8pm–1am

10pm–1am

Minimum: 10 shifts per month

Must include at least 2 weekend days per month

Estimated productivity: ~10 wRVUs/hour

📆 Weekend & Holiday Coverage (Remote)

Coverage between 10am–12am (or partial blocks within)

Example shifts:

10am–7pm

5pm–12am

7pm–12am

Minimum: 3 shifts per month

Estimated productivity: ~10 wRVUs/hour

📊 Work Details

Average volume: ~60–90 wRVUs per shift

Modalities: CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine (mix negotiable)

Procedures:

Tele-radiology: No procedures

On-site (if applicable): GI fluoro, lumbar puncture

Reason for need: Ongoing volume growth

PACS: Change

Dictation: Nuance PowerScribe

✅ Candidate Profile (Kept Broad to Encourage Applicants)

Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology

Comfortable with brain & spine MRI and stroke imaging (CT/CTA/CTP)

Active California license (CA RHL preferred)

Fellowship training welcome (Neuro, MSK, Body, Chest, IR), but not required

Minimum 1 year post-training experience

California X-ray Supervisor Permit or willingness to apply
