Diagnostic Rad - comfortable reading CTs + Neuro

Job description

• Coverage Type: On-Site. Looking for candidates who can do night shift and evenings, as well as daytime diagnostic coverage plus weekends. Call is evenings and weekends. Normal business hours are at a single location 0700-1700, and call covers both locations. Teleradiology for overnights, evenings, and weekends. For normal business hours, we would prefer one on site.

Work Details:
• Avg. Daily Census:
• Support staff: 24% physician, 5% APP. Each site has radiology managers, techs, nurses
• Practice Setting: Hospital. There are dedicated IR suites, and are they up-to-date with current technology. Not high-volume trauma level.
• Procedures: someone able to read ER style stuff - more CT’s, more Neuro etc. Must know how to do arthrogram and fluoroscopies
• What is the modality breakdown for the Diagnostic Radiology need? CT, MR, PET, US
• Patient population/age: Adults
• Reason for Need: Gaps in coverage with additional sites
• EMR: EPIC. The PACS system is Change/McKesson

Requirements:
• Board Requirements: Not required. Not BC- within 2 years of residence
• License: Willing to license. We would prefer that the physicians either have or can quickly obtain licensure in MO and KS - IMLC
