About the clinician's workday

The rheumatologist will provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care covering two weeks each month with 4-5 full clinic days each week from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves managing new visits scheduled for 60 minutes and follow-up appointments for 30 minutes with daytime call coverage for inpatient and emergency department consultations only. The clinician will utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation and work alongside a team consisting of one physician and two APPs. Board certification in rheumatology is required for this locum tenens assignment.
