Coverage Reason: FMLA
Dates: April 6, 2026 – July 10, 2026
Schedule: 7a–7p or 7a–4p

42 ICU beds (never at max)
Strong support model:

Critical Care Physicians: 4
Neurocritical Care Physicians: 2


Other critical care physicians on-site during coverage
No supervision of APPs or residents required


👥 Patient Volume

Average ICU census: 12–15 Neuro ICU patients
Admissions per physician: 3–4/day

Ventilation Management

Invasive: ETT, NT, Tracheostomy
Non‑Invasive: BiPAP, CPAP

Lines & Procedures

Central Lines, Arterial Lines
Bronchoscopy
ICP evaluation and management


✅ MANDATED Requirements

Board Certified – REQUIRED
Active Florida License – REQUIRED
BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
Local Provider – Highly Preferred
Self‑Query NPDB report (pulled within 30 days) – REQUIRED


🚗 Travel & Logistics

Local providers only
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Rental car provided if needed
Credentialing: ASAP (dependent on candidate history)
