Job description

Clinic coverage includes: 24hr Weekend coverage
Shift Details: 1-2 shifts per month
Work Details:
· Department description: Inpatient
· EMR: Epic
· Practice Setting: Hospital "No OR or Trauma"


Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC in Urology or board eligible
· License required: Yes "Will consider IMLC"
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CSR & DEA

*Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days*
